P-224 Polyimide Tape

P-224 Polyimide Tape is a thin, conformable tape with a high operating temperature range, strong dielectric strength, and good resistance to solvents and refrigerants. This product is a good silicone-free option for securing lithium-ion batteries and is ideal for barcode overlay applications. Our company’s corresponding KA06D25 product offers the same functions and applications as P-244, but with better cost-effectiveness.

KA06D25 is a high-performance polyimide tape, utilizing a 25μm polyimide film and high-quality acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, with a UL insulation rating of 155℃ (Class F). Its core performance characteristics, including high temperature resistance, high insulation, excellent conformability, and low residue, are comparable to Nitto Denko P244. Its silicone-free formula makes it ideal for applications requiring cleanliness, such as lithium-ion batteries.

It is widely used in: lithium-ion battery component fixing, coil/magnetic wire insulation and bundling, high-voltage insulation protection for motors/transformers, and protection of electronic components requiring solvent cleaning.
