Fireproof ceramic silicone tape
The PT-985 fire-resistant ceramic silicone tape is mainly made of fire-resistant ceramicized silicone rubber and fire-resistant reinforced fiberglass. It is a high-strength flexible composite product, featuring good fire resistance and excellent electrical insulation. It can resist flame erosion at 1000 degrees and prevent the flame from spreading to other areas.
According to the national standard GB/T 38031-2020, when the battery PACK of new energy vehicles is out of thermal control, passengers should be given sufficient safety time, and the ceramic tape just has these unique fire-resistant, insulating and heat-insulating functions.
Features
- The fire-resistant ceramicized silicone rubber is compounded with high-strength fire-resistant fabric, giving it relatively high mechanical strength.
- It sinters into a ceramic-like structure in high temperature or flame, endowing it with excellent electrical insulation.
- The product does not fall off, shed powder, delaminate, or absorb moisture.
- It can be processed into an ultra-thin thickness and has outstanding flexibility.
